Soils of sand, marl and limestone. Spontaneous fermentation, naturally. 3 years of bottle aging. Minimal sulphur added. Unfined and unfiltered. Dosage 2g/l

Still wine made from 100% Meunier from the single vineyard “Au-dessus du village”. Soils of sand, marl and limestone. Spontaneous fermentation in used oak barrels, followed by one month of whole cluster maceration and subsequent aging in wood for 2 years (demi muids). 2 years of bottle aging. Minimal sulphur added. Unfined and unfiltered.
