
Champagne Petit Clergeot is located on the Côte des Bar in the southern Aube. Since 2017, Paul-Bastien Clergeot has been cultivating eight hectares of family vineyards in Polisot, Les Riceys and Balnot-sur-Laigne without herbicides. The farm has been certified organic since the 2020/2021 vintage. Clergeot produces single-varietal, single-vintage Brut Nature champagnes from single vineyards, currently in stainless steel tanks, with increasing use of wooden barrels.
