2015 is the last vintage of Doyard's Blanc de Blancs, of which there were always only a few thousand bottles. The grapes from the Grand Cru sites are now used for the new single-vineyard champagnes. The Blanc de Blancs was aged 100 percent in barrique - entirely without malolactic fermentation. Its style is vinous and complex; it shows a lot of class and maintains a great balance between finesse and power.
