Nicola AUG25: Generous, pronounced wood influence, yellow dried fruit, creamy, acidity already present but well integrated, opens up more with every minute, very complex and multi-layered, has something radiant about it, very balanced, good drinking time!
Denise AUG25: Nice use of wood, smooth in the mouth. Ripe yellow fruit.
Janne AUG25: Herbal, with wonderfully integrated acidity. Reminds me of baked apples and chestnuts.
