Nicola AUG25: Super subtle and delicate, multi-layered like a millefeuille, dancing aromas, will surely become even more beautiful and concentrated with time, needs to be discovered and explored, for a long philosophical evening!
Janne AUG25: Very exciting – slightly smoky notes, present tannins. Very complex and long. Plays more in the background than in firt row, but all the more beautiful for it. Fruit, spice, tension. Develops its aromas beautifully when exposed to air.
Denise AUG25: Complex but delicate, as one would expect from Rodez. A Coteaux that is in no way inferior to a Burgundy.
