Dark, slightly smoky on the palate, the fruit is rather restrained, but the structure is amazing. It is grippy, constantly evolves in the glass, takes up the whole mouth, but always remains fresh, mineral and salty. Fascinating length, something to ponder and savour!Tasting SEP21: Soft, charming, subtle wood, harmonious, soft, very well-integrated acidity. Pear, white flowers, floral (all typical of Pinot Blanc) - bottle is empty surprisingly quickly!

Still wine 100% Pinot Noir Increasingly, one now encounters superb still wines in Champagne. David Léclapart's son Martin has developed a small soft spot for the "Coteaux" and would like to become even more active in this direction in the future.    

100% ChardonnayDosage: 0g/l "Les Passagers" is the name given to cuvées that will only be produced once and only occasionally.The Fiole vineyard is located in Ville-sur-Arce, on a north-facing hill with Kimmeridge soils. Fermentation and maturation spontaneously with own yeasts in large neutral French oak barrels. Bottle maturation: 24 months

Vibrant structure, great liveliness. Really enjoyable now six months after disgorgement!Fabio OCT24: Juicy, red apple, but also slightly cherry, wonderful structure, great balance. This is pure drinking pleasure with complexity!Nicola MAI24: Vinous, aromatic, dark red to blue fruit, blackberry, juicy, exciting effervescence (funky), also somewhat dark-earthy, expressive, will increase in tension and body over the next few months, as it will not be disgorged until March.

100% Pinot Meunier from the oldest vines Dosage 1.5g/l brown limestone & clay no herbicides, no insecticides 50% used barrique (from the own forest) & 50% amphora over 11 monthsno malo / filtration / fining Causica comes from the oldest Meunier vines of the Lointiers. Half of the wine was aged in used barriques whose wood came from their own forest. The other half aged for eleven months in amphora. No malolactic fermentation, no fining, no filtration. The yeast aging on the bottle is at least 22 months. The name Causica derives from a subspecies of honeybee that has a special hairiness - similar to the leaves of Pinot Meunier. Causica smells invitingly of cookie and peach cream, with an exciting smoky undercurrent to everything. The palate shows plenty of structure as well as a fine red berry quality that lingers long on the grippy finish.
