For the assemblage, the most harmonious and accessible wines of the vintage are refined with a good 30% reserve wines and, after bottle fermentation, matured for at least 2 years. The result is a subtle champagne with fine citrus notes and floral nuances. Nicola FEB24: Delightfully nutty, crispy, spicy, nice light fruits, catchy, really fun to drink. Moritz FEB24: On the nose, something vegetative but also lime and a very fine nuttiness. On the palate, fresh and juicy. The nose is well reflected, but everything is carried by a chalky film that brings a great momentum.
