50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% ChardonnayDosage 2g/lFrom Hautvillers (Premier Cru)Matured in wood for 1 yearBottle ageing: 9 yearsNo fining, no filtration, minimal addition of sulphurNicola Oct25 - Base 16: Roasted aromas, dark, powerful, earthy, nice minimal ripeness, very compact with body and presence.Moritz FEB24: appears a little spicy. We discover aromas of paprika, pepper, some stone fruit and damp forest soil. The mousse is very powerful. It is firm on the palate and shows very light ripe tones and a nice spiciness. On the finish, which, as with the other cuvées, just doesn't want to end, we find a nice, salty freshness.Nicola FEB24: Dark, earthy, full-bodied, still a little closed, salty.Tasting AUG22: Creamy with hints of butter croissant and very animatingly roasty. Initially a little rough and firm, air and time give it more and more drinkability and allow notes of Roiboosh tea, Palo Cortado, chocolate and nuts to shine through. Polarising but highly exciting!

Nicola FEB24: Wow, an outstanding release, taut with great maturity underneath, mineral, salty, slightly matured, superb. Moritz FEB24: Very profound nose. A harmony of: mint, lemongrass, salted lemon, grassy (green-spicy) notes. The palate is very balanced, with a very tight, gripping acidity. In the endless finish, there's a very subtle smokiness, which gives the champagne even more character and tension. A very strong release! Nicola FEB23: Generous release, full-bodied with racy freshness at the same time, slightly pleasant sweetness, really nice! Lukas FEB23: On the nose ripe yellow fruit and yellow peach. In the mouth juicy and full-bodied, with apple, pear and peach notes. The acidity integrates very nicely and makes for great drinking joy. Tasting FEB20: Basis 2016 - Very harmonious, complex big leap to the version last year, lots of structure and excitement! Lively acidity, but well integrated, exciting, powerful, nutty finish. Nicola MRZ23: Rich, feel good, honey, walnuts, the low dosage also makes it fresh and addictive for the next sip, chimney champagne, brioche, nougat, apple strudel.

100% Chardonnay Dosage: 3g/l Single vineyard "Les Biques" in Côte du Petit Morin Matured in wood Riddled and disgorged by hand ChaCha customer JAN24: This “stuff” was rated 10/10 for the nose. What's interesting here is the dialogue between smell and taste: as the temperature increases, the nose becomes more opulent to the point of ideas of spaghetti ice cream with strawberry sauce and shaved white chocolate! However, the taste remains somewhat royal; Clarity and melting, saltiness “meets” lemon juice. The melty components come late, as the drink becomes warmer. A beauty, not to mention the label... Nicola OKT22: Very clean nose, clean, precise fruit, crisp acidity nicely integrated, nice spiciness, gooseberry.

Nicola JUL22: Perhaps the most exciting, classy of the range, where you have the most oak influence, lots of spice, body and pressure, a real protagonist!

90% Meunier, 10% Chardonnay Dosage: 0g/l Field blend vineyard parcelle "Sur le Grand Marais" Wines from a Perpetuum reserve (2013-2015) 5 years bottle aging Only 500 btl/year Giuseppe Lauria Editor-in-Chief WEINWISSER APR23: Wonderfully distinctive color (radiant yellow gold with mother-of-pearl reflections). A super exciting champagne with apricot tart and butter biscuits, then there are herbal notes, almost smelling of essential oils such as mint oil and citrus thyme, you notice the influence of the reserve perpetuelle and the wood aging of the base wines, whereby I don't see this as disturbing at all, but as the perceived complexity as promoting. Smooth meltiness in the mouth, very soft texture and full-bodied, lively mousseux, but with a salty underlay right through to the end. 18/20-2029 Tasting Nicola OCT22 & FEB23: An incredibly cool wine! It has an unusual herbaceousness and a character all of its own, but is so long, complex and fine that it lingers forever. It also has a great structure. Overall really impressive. However, not really loud, so it also has something filigree.
