40% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir Dosage: 4g/l 5 years of bottle maturity Blend of two harvests Malolactic Fermentation : in part Vinification : 30% in oak barrels and 70% in inox tank Lukas NOV22: Red fruit aromas dominate the nose with hints of cherry, currant and blackcurrant, as well as light yeast notes and pepper-nutmeg notes. Full-bodied and juicy in the mouth, blackcurrant & apple, as well as light citrus notes and some herbal spice, nice finish, an independent and aromatic cuvée with a lot of character and charm.

100% Pinot Meunier Dosage: 0g/l Vinification in inox tank 3-4 years of bottle agingNicola OKT24: Rich, yeasty, spicy, roasty, yet also precise. No sulphur, therefore not as fruity as earlier releases, rather spicier flavours. Very harmonious and balanced. Tilman OKT24: Less fruity, a little wilder than the previous releases, spicy and accessible at the back, roasty, rich. Fabio OKT24: Lots of apple on the nose in various stages, taut despite oxidation, but nicely accessible and herbal. Tilman JAN24: Juicy body with notes of apple and pear, becoming leaner towards the end and a stimulating light bitter note. Great Meunier interpretation!

80% Meunier & 20% Pinot Noir Dosage: 2,5g/l Reserve Perpetuelle started in 2003 min. 18 months bottle aging The "Eugene" series is a homage to the great-grandfather who created these cuvées Moritz Feb24: The champagne is already very promising on the nose. An interplay of ethereal and herbal notes is underpinned by a slightly sweet pear fruit. Everything is very profound and well balanced. The palate reflects the aromas of the nose very well. The mousseax is juicy and the whole character of the wine is complex and sophisticated. The long finish with slightly bitter accents is the crowning glory. A great champagne that also develops beautifully with a little air.

100% Pinot Meunier Terroir: Cuisles, Chatillon sur Marne, Serzy, Mareuil le port Dosage: 0g/l 3 years of bottle aging Vinification in inox tanks With malolactic fermentation Lukas NOV22: warm and spicy notes in the nose, hints of brioche with some green currant and fresh cherry, the mouth is dominated by lime and currant while the brioche takes a back seat, a very nice, complex, medium-bodied champagne that benefits from some air Tasting Aug22 Moritz: Despite its juiciness, the wine comes across as very fresh. The nose is dominated by a pithy dark sour cherry, paired with a subtle green bitterness that creates a beautiful balance. With a little air, notes of gooseberry can be found. Great fresh fruity champagne.

Tasting & food recommendation SEP20: Full-bodied, juicy on the palate. Rich, velvety texture. Aromatic, very long finish. Grapefruit aroma, salty. Great character rosé, in which Heucq have put everything they have gained in terms of experience in recent years and what the Meunier grape has to offer. Andreas SEP23: So much champagne for comparatively little money! And then you can buy it with a clear organic conscience because it comes from "good" agriculture from a biodynamic producer from the Marne. Juicy, for André with 4 grams almost highly dosed and yet super balanced, fine wholemeal toast, quince bread, fine wood spice, good pressure and great length, enormously drinkable. With his Millésime 2014, "Mr. Meunier" Heucq demonstrates perfectly what wonderful champagnes can be made with experience and healthy grapes, even in years that are not so easy. Moritz AUG22: A wonderfull aged Champagne with super fine perlage. Right after opening you'll find aromatics that remind of morning dew in the woods. With some time and airation armoas of caramelized red apples and delicate brioche notes develope. This complex Champagne developes, with some time and air, to a diverse pleasurable experience. Well suited as food companion for dishes with roasting flavours.
