Nicola MAI22: Very nice, very mild, unexcited, elegant, relaxed like the owners, ultra drinkable, soft and charming Moritz OCT22: The Chardonnay for the Quintessence is a blend of different casks. From big to small, from old to new, everything is there. That brings power. Despite the powerful body, the Qunitessence looks downright fresh. Citrus fruits and ripe yellow fruit dominate the nose. The tight acidity and the perfectly integrated wood also make the palate an exciting tour of discovery.

Persistent.Nicola MAY22: Harmonious, straightforward, taut, vibrant, aromatic, clean, long nutty finish, very successful, pleasant and exciting character thanks to the amphora.

100% Chardonnay Dosage: 0g/l Aged in Jura wine barrels Nicola JAN24: Exciting, striking sherry-like note, very distinctive, strong, creamy.  

100% Pinot Noir Dosage: 0g/l 5 years of bottle maturity Single vineyard "en Barmont": a warm place whose south-east exposure and the clay marl rock interspersed with Kimmeridgian limestone result in a ripe Pinot Noir. The base wine matures on the lees in large wood for a year and undergoes malolactic fermentation.
