100% ChardonnayDosage: 0g/lThe terroir plays a special role here: deep-rooted Chardonnay vines from various 1er Cru plots give Léclapart the opportunity to let not only the purist of his cellar work, but also the original of the vineyard speak from his Champagne - soil and rock. Vinification takes place in equal parts in used barriques and in enamel tanks. Equipped with Zero Dosage, this Chardonnay masterfully conveys the style of the House of Léclapart.The fact that Léclapart was only able to harvest very small quantities over several vintages due to weather conditions underscores just how great the challenges are in Champagne for winemakers working organically and biodynamically. All Doamaine champagnes are matured in wood with the traditional measure of 205 liters. Benoit Marguet Shaman 21 MAGNUM - Bio

The Benoît Marguet champagnes are filled without added sulfur and without dosage. Description of Sebastian Bordthäuser about 2016: Nose: The Shaman by Champagne Marguet from the 2016 vintage has been on the lees for around two years and entices with a richly filled display: yeast braid, brioche and pretzel biscuits as well as a generous piece of butter outline the notes of autolysis, which are enhanced by fine notes of apricot with increasing ventilation in the glass .
