40% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier, 30% ChardonnayDosage 2g/lFrom Hautvillers (Premier Cru)Matured in wood for 1 yearBottle ageing: at least 4 yearsNo fining, no filtration, minimal addition of sulphurNicola Oct25: This bottle at the winery had been open for a few days, which made the otherwise somewhat creamy cuvée spicier and more robust. It has minimal, pleasant tannins that provide some grip, generous notes of ripeness and toastiness, and is always fresh and vibrant.Moritz FEB24: The nose emits a warm spice accompanied by dark berry fruits and a hint of red apple. On the palate, the champagne shows its backbone. The acidity is powerful yet does not lose its elegance. A fine spice and tart red apple also dominate the taste, indicative of a perfectly managed use of wood. The endlessly long finish leaves beautiful mature flavors on the palate. A great companion to food.Nicola FEB24: Very aromatic, rich in extract, herbal, minimal sherry aftertaste, biodynamic touch, a slightly wilder release than in previous years.Moritz OKT22: Fresh, spicy and with a skilful use of wood, the bar is set extremely high with this ‘entry-level’ champagne.

100% Pinot Blanc Single Vineyard: Val Colas Robin in Polisot: Link to Single Vineyard at Weinlagen-info Dosage: 0g/l Old vines (65 years) 80% aged in tank, 20% aged in oak 5 years of bottle maturity Organic farming Production: 4,000 bottles/year. Val Colas Robin vineyard was planted with Pinot Blanc in 1955. It is one of the best from Piollot, with great exposure and the soil is based on limestone and red clay.Médaille d’Argent aux Vinalies Internationales 2015Tasting: FEB20: Base 14, tastes chalky, vivid accidity, fresh, straight, dynamic, pleasantly bitterish, earthy in the aftertaste Tasting a matured bottle - JAN21: Pulled out of the wine cabinet after 3 years: Colas Robin Basis 2013 (one of our favorite vintages, although received little attention so far). Wonderfully developed, delicious! Extremely harmonious, straight to the point - has retained the delicacy of the Pinot Blanc, still straightforward, elegant, cool, since no sugar, then a wonderful generous mixture of honey, nuts, brioche, cream, chocolate unfolds towards the back , Coffee that blends very gently and inconspicuously into the overall picture. Great development! Rating from Customer: More yellow fruited than I would expect, fresh, linear and inviting to another sip. More interesting than 98% of what I have tasted from this grape. The bottles was empty halfway through our dinner (I would have liked to see it develop over many hours, and luckily I have another) - (93+p)

Causica smells invitingly of sponge cake and peach cream, with an exciting smoky undertone. Nicola OCT24: Super independent character, cool fruit, almost mentholated, quiet vinosity, crisp apple, something floral, very nice, could go well with oysters.Tilman OCT24: Restrained but ripe fruit flavours, herbaceous, playful, initially powerful, becomes leaner at the back, with a great chalky finish. Fabio OCT24: Brighter fruit, elegant, crisp acidity, very fresh and powerful, minty, very good. Nicola FEB24: On the palate there is a lot of structure and a fine red berry flavor that lingers for a long time in the grippy finish.

60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay Dosage: 6g/l Blended with 12 diverse base wines from 4 vintages 45-50% Reserve wine (20-25% vinified in small barrel) Terroirs: Terroir d'Ambonnay: Les Bermonts, Le Moulin, Les cheminots, Les Grandes Ruelles, Le Noyer saint pys, les secs, Les Fournettes, La pierre aux larrons, Les agusons, Les Beurys.... Average age of the vines: 30 Years Vinification: 70% in enamel tank, 30% in old barrel, 75% with malolactic fermentation, matured for up to 7 years on the lees Domaine's entry level champagne, one that nonetheless displays a challenging complexity. Crisp & fruity (primarily apple) and nuanced. 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, Dosage 6g/l Nicola FEB24: Ultra strong, complex, slightly matured flavors but spot on, extremely long, multi-layered, also a bit of a stony element which makes it even more interesting. Ultra balanced. Moritz FEB24: Even with the "entry-level" cuvée, one can feel the elegance and complexity that Eric skillfully wants to encapsulate in the bottle. Everything is very delicate, not too loud, yet very present. A harmony of marzipan, roasted nuts, chalk, and a light smokiness greets the senses. The palate brings out more of the fresh, chalky flavors, which suits the cuvée extremely well. An extremely long finish ties the whole package together. What is sold as an entry-level at Maison Rodez, without overstepping, could be the pinnacle in many other houses. Tasting FEB20: Very strong, made another leap forward since tasting a year ago, very dense, great Tasting JUL21: very complex release, very nutty, very layered, browned apple, slight ripeness, cool, great depth (Eric's language for minerality, chalk contact of vines, mouthfeel).

With a bit of time and air, a very fine scent of violets joins in. On the palate, ultra juicy, really a mouthful of wine, the present acidity makes everything light-footed, which gives one an extreme drinkability.

100% Meunier Dosage: 2,5g/l Aged in traditional 205 l barrels, made from regional oak, for 11 months18 months bottle ageingRiddled by hand Unfined and unfiltered. The work is very manual and laborious, with a great sense of time and the needs of wine. The second coup of the highly gifted "newies" of Champagne. L.P.M refers to the area north-west of Reims, originally called "La Petit Montagne", in which their vineyards are located. Now that another area bears this name, it can no longer be written out on the label for Maximes and Anna's champagne and is therefore "encrypted".Nicola FEB26: Aromatic, currently accessible phase (was previously tighter), balanced, fine multi-layered herbal notes, vinous, partly mixed with mature notes, great drinking pleasure with sophistication. Maria FEB26: Vinous, but nevertheless not heavy, rather fresh and lively with ripe fruit and herbal notes. Very complex, yet balanced and accessible. Giuseppe Lauria Editor-in-Chief WEINWISSER APR23: I enjoyed a good 1-hour adventure with this Blanc de Noirs. Because it changes in 10-minute intervals. Initially very restrained, it only reveals its facets with increasing airflow. After 30 to 40 minutes it really gets going: At the beginning only very delicate grapefruit notes, followed by yellow fruits like pear and a touch of marzipan, later bright and light red berries like raspberry join them, which skillfully blend into one with the distinctive sea breeze exciting piece of finesse to be captured in the finale by fine spices such as fennel. An elegant champagne with great evolution in the glass. 17.5+/20-2029 Lukas FEB23: On the nose raspberry, pear and ripe peach with hints of melon and grapefruit in the background. In the mouth juicy lemon and grapefruit, some pear and lemongrass, plus a present and crisp acidity that gives a lot of traction and makes for a great drinkability. A lot of potential for the future, a lot of fun in the glass and a joy to drink right now, but also a very capable food companion. Nicola JUL21: Incredible fragrance that draws you in, very beautiful, subtle honey note, very exciting soft-spicy beguiling, very own aroma, also again wonderful food companion, has something sweet (not sweet), something red-fruity, very light red cherry, red pepper, slight maturity.

100% ChardonnayDosage 5g/lMaturation in barriqueBottle ageing: 3 yearsNicola OKT23: Rich, opulent, almost lavish, really beautiful!Nicola FEB23: Extremely Burgundian, like a white Burgundy with perlage, wood influence clear but well integrated. Strong, special character, fresh.ANDREAS DEZ22: Clearly perceptible and very appetising aroma of freshly planed oak, not toasty and coconutty but creamy and fine, turmeric, mace blossom, refreshing acidity as a counterbalance to the full-bodied structure, pleasantly unagitated perlage, as always very distinctive and bold, a great food companion.

90% Meunier, 10% Chardonnay Dosage: 0g/l Field blend vineyard parcelle "Sur le Grand Marais" Wines from a Perpetuum reserve (2013-2015) 5 years bottle aging Only 500 btl/year Giuseppe Lauria Editor-in-Chief WEINWISSER APR23: Wonderfully distinctive color (radiant yellow gold with mother-of-pearl reflections). A super exciting champagne with apricot tart and butter biscuits, then there are herbal notes, almost smelling of essential oils such as mint oil and citrus thyme, you notice the influence of the reserve perpetuelle and the wood aging of the base wines, whereby I don't see this as disturbing at all, but as the perceived complexity as promoting. Smooth meltiness in the mouth, very soft texture and full-bodied, lively mousseux, but with a salty underlay right through to the end. 18/20-2029 Tasting Nicola OCT22 & FEB23: An incredibly cool wine! It has an unusual herbaceousness and a character all of its own, but is so long, complex and fine that it lingers forever. It also has a great structure. Overall really impressive. However, not really loud, so it also has something filigree.

100% Pinot Noir Dosage 0g/l From the plots: Les Champs Saint-Martin, L'Espérance 5 years of bottle agingNicola OCT24: Straightforward, berry fruit, dark fruit. Elegant, puristic, but profound aromas, very fine spiciness from the wood ageing, long nutty finish.Tilman OCT24: Initially somewhat reductive and closed, but then opens up quickly. Slightly bitter, even more profound than Anthologie, structured, fresh, clear and mineral!Fabio OCT24: Somewhat closed, with more air comes fine red fruitiness, citrus peel, chalky, straightness runs through, very complex, strong finish. Giuseppe Lauria Chedredaktion Editor-in-Chief APR23: Beautiful, radiant rose gold. Characterful appearance with a wide-ranging bouquet with raspberries, red fruits tossed in butter, the finest butter pastries, all accompanied by saline undertones, a touch of Williams pear resonates. Powerful, masculine but with a lot of enamel. The mousseux is very juicy and gives the champagne an invigorating freshness and subtle tension right through to the long, tart, fresh finale. 18/20 –2030 Nicola MAI22: Strongly vibrant, long, nice wood influence, complex! Paula Bosch SEP22: This single-varietal Pinot Noir was pressed white, given 5 years to mature in the bottle and bottled without dosage. The result is a very spicy, uncompromising, bone-dry Champagne with a salty note, a powerhouse with great character. If you are looking for a link to Burgundy in Champagne J.M. Labruyere, you have the best example with Paradoxe. Despite the tremendous richness in the mouth - a whole cello concerto takes place here - each sip remains in harmony and balance, without corners and edges, the fine, compact mousse caresses the palate. The animating acidity makes the Paradoxe an ideal food companion from caviar to langoustine, Breton turbot in Beurre Blanc with morels to a zabaglione with crepes and caramel ice cream. What distinguishes this champagne is its seasoning full of character. Moritz OCT22: The beautiful rose gold is radiant in the glass. The paradox is characterized by an angular dark berry fruit. The mousseux is very juicy and gives the champagne a pleasant freshness. The finish is long and slightly tart, which gives the wine even more excitement.
