The "4 éléments" collection comprises a single vineyard plot, a single grape variety, a single vintage, and a unique vinification method. For the Pinot Noir, this is the La Perthe vineyard in Ludes, with its clay and sandy soils over a limestone subsoil in the Montagne de Reims.
After fermentation, the wine was aged for 18 months in demi-muids, or 600-liter oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation was prevented.
Finished on natural cork.
