53% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Noir, 15% MeunierDosage 4g/lMeunier from the single vineyard Les Tiersaudes in CúmieresAged in 600l wooden barrelsBottle ageing: 12 yearsUnfiltered bottling, no malolactic fermentation, aged under cork, vines approx. 50 years oldJP Geoffroy: The complex nose reveals aromas of red and black currants and cherries, mingling with delicate hints of wood ageing, underpinned by vanilla, cinnamon and pear. Furthermore, citrus fruits (lemon, mandarin), peach and roasted apricots. The aromas on the palate are initially pure and of enormous density, interrupted by a hearty minerality. Then the Chardonnay presents itself with its palette of butter brioche and toast notes, which transition into coffee and chocolate.Tasting FEB20: Extremely complex, perfectly developed, currently still few tertiary aromas (aromas that develop during maturation such as dried fruit, nuts, cocoa, leather, etc.), very lively aromatics, powerful, spice, incredibly sparkling complexity. The freshness bubbles into the brain and provides a reboot!

We discover aromas of paprika, pepper, some stone fruit and damp forest soil. The mousse is very powerful. It is firm on the palate and shows very light ripe tones and a nice spiciness. On the finish, which, as with the other cuvées, just doesn't want to end, we find a nice, salty freshness.Nicola FEB24: Dark, earthy, full-bodied, still a little closed, salty.Tasting AUG22: Creamy with hints of butter croissant and very animatingly roasty. Initially a little rough and firm, air and time give it more and more drinkability and allow notes of Roiboosh tea, Palo Cortado, chocolate and nuts to shine through. Polarising but highly exciting!

100% ChardonnayDosage: 0g/lThe terroir plays a special role here: deep-rooted Chardonnay vines from various 1er Cru plots give Léclapart the opportunity to let not only the purist of his cellar work, but also the original of the vineyard speak from his Champagne - soil and rock. Vinification takes place in equal parts in used barriques and in enamel tanks. Equipped with Zero Dosage, this Chardonnay masterfully conveys the style of the House of Léclapart. The fact that Léclapart was only able to harvest very small quantities over several vintages due to weather conditions underscores just how great the challenges are in Champagne for winemakers working organically and biodynamically. Therefore, we had to wait until 2024 for the next vintage of L'Artiste! L'Artiste is made from Chardonnay from vines 30 to 50 years old. The specific plot from which this wine comes varies from year to year. Léclapart calls this cuvée "a discovery of terroir": he is not looking for a specific expression here, but wants to learn more about the terroir of Trépail. Peter Liem: L’Artiste, is generally made from chardonnay vines between 30 and 50 years old, but the particular parcels vary from year to year. Léclapart calls this cuvée “a discovery of terroir”: “I’m not looking for anything in particular,” he says. “I’m just trying to learn about the terroir of Trépail.” Half of the wine for L’Artiste is vinified in old barriques, while the other half is made in enameled steel.

100% Pinot NoirDosage 0g/lFrom a single vineyard in Avirey-LingeyMaturation in barriqueBottle ageing: 3 yearsUnfined, unfiltered and without added sulphitesTilman FEB25: Typical Dosnon reduction, slightly smoky, with very subtle vanilla on the nose. Fresh on the palate, but still with great, restrained fruit. Very mineral Pinot Noir interpretation, clearly chalky impression. Enormous length even now, superbly balanced between the juicy fruit flavours and striking mineral acidity. 2019 is really fun! Two days later from the same bottle: reduction and smoke have almost disappeared, but the wood is more present, but here too it is not intrusive, but always a great symbiosis with the light red fruitiness. The minerality also comes through even more strongly, promising great potential!

Fresh & crisp.Tilman OCT24: Tension between yeast and freshness, rather on the sparser side, melting at the back, hints of red fruit, elegant, red fruit lingers, great length!Fabio OCT24: Brioche, yeastiness in the nose, little fruit, super fresh on the palate, crisp acidity, super dry, but super balance, nice length. Nicola JUN22: Nicely spicy, complex aromas of dried fruit, toasted aromas, coherent character, very harmonious and elegant, Long lasting nutty finish. Winery: The powerful structure of Pinot Noir is enlivened by the tension of Chardonnay. Moritz OCT22: The Cuvée Prologue is the entry point of the Domaine Labruyere. Getting started is an absolute understatement. As soon as you smell it for the first time, your eyebrows will be raised. Such complexity is not expected from the "base" cuvée of a domaine. It is immediately clear that the champagne Prologue is incredibly fresh and playful. Some cooked rhubarb and red apple are balanced beautifully with a slight herbaceous note. The first sip surprises as the wine is incredibly precise yet super juicy. The nose is reflected magnificently on the palate. The Prologue is deep, superbly balanced, and despite its complexity, accessible and charming. Aperitif character at a high level.

100% Chardonnay Dosage: 0g/l Vinified in oak barrels With malolactic fermentation Robert Moncuit started the Réserve Perpétuelle, which is always replenished with wines from the new vintage, in 2006. This cuvée, which is created in a similar way to the Solera process, is also 100% Chardonnay from Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger. Malolactic fermentation is not stopped. Each year, about 40 percent is removed and bottled. The duration of yeast aging is about five years. The style is complex and elegant, very finely balanced with three grams of dosage. Brioche and lime blossoms, on the palate the Réserve Perpétuelle makes proper pressure, has mineral traction and a lot of charm. High level.

One of the absolute finest blends the estate has to offer: Each vintage champagne from Nicole Moncuit Vielle Vigne is made from 90 year old vines from a single vineyard in Les Chétillons, one of the most prized vineyards in Le Mesnil. This champagne is produced only for exceptional vintages. 100% Chardonnay Dosage: 3g/l Antonio Galloni Vintage 2006 – 94P: The Cuvée Nicole VV emerges from old vines in Les Chétillons, one of the most renowned lieu-dits in Mesnil. More of a wine than a Champagne, the VV possesses notable textural richness and gravitas, both of which build with a bit of time in the glass. This is a terrific choice for readers who enjoy Champagnes with the complexity that develops in bottle over time. 60% Pinot Noir and Meunier, 40% Chardonnay Dosage: 0g/l Base year: 2015 89 months on the lees under natural cork Jacquesson: 60% of the harvest came from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon and 40% from Avize and Oiry. Winter and much of spring were wet and mild. This was followed by a period of drought and heatwaves which lasted until mid-August. Alternating periods of wet and cool conditions and hot, dry weather characterised the rest of the growing season. We harvested a perfectly ripe and healthy crop from 10th-30th September. Yields were modest, acidity levels adequate and the quality consistently high making this a truly splendid harvest. We can really feel the essence of Pinot in this blend which is made up of reserve wines from the cuvées N°742 to 735.

100% Chardonnay, Blanc de Blancs Sourced from 7-8 different sites, all cultivated with old slopeside vines (facing ESE). Especially from the Grand Cru site of Les Buzons (Cramant). Other parcels include: Pimonts, Goutte d’Or, Rouillées, Fourches and Gros Monts. The vines average between 40-60 years of age, although in some cases they are believed to be even older. Miniscule yields. Terroir: Thin soil layer over chalk parent rock. Vinification: Primary fermentation takes place in small, old Burgundy Barriques. The wine sees no malolactic fermentation, filtration or fining. Anything that could potentially stress the wine is avoided; this preserves and develops the maximal expression of terroir. Following primary fermentation, the wine is matured for one year in barrique. Dosage: 3g/l Fleur de Passion is a serious and traditional champagne inspired through the hard work of Jacques Diebolt (see Winemaker Profile). A rare jewel needing considerable time in the bottle in order to develop its full and stunning potential. Nicola OKT25 - Vintage 2015: Intense, beautiful nose; for the warm year 2015, this Fleur is currently wonderfully fresh and leans more towards the mineral side. Fine spice, nice length, currently not fully developed. Balanced, complex, compact body. If opened now, decant at least 1 hour before. Otherwise, ideally let it mature for at least another 6 months. It will reach perfection in about 2-3 years.Nicola FEB24 - Vintage 2013: Super generous with elegant delicacy and the lightly vibrating freshness of 2013, truly sings, buoyant, butter, brioche. Moritz FEB24 - Vintage 2013: WOW!!!...There's so much going on that I find it hard to put the drinking experience into words. Everything is very calm and harmonizes perfectly with each other. Aromas of white chocolate, raspberry, roasted almond, butter brioche, salted lemon, and salted caramel waft towards you very subtly. The palate is round, full-bodied yet still very fine and elegant. The entire range of aromas is also found on the palate and is supported by a light saltiness. After 10 years, the Fleur de Passion is still super fresh...Yes, almost youthful in the glass. The finish seems endless. The taste after swallowing (excuse me, but one simply cannot spit out this champagne) just doesn't want to end. Truly grand champagne cinema. Tasting Andreas Langre - Vintage 2013: Fleur de Passion is one of few series of which I´ve had the privileged to try from first to last. The 1995 & 1996 was amazing and if I had to choose just one bottle from both years to fill up the cellar, it could possibly be FdP. A few years ago, I was fortunate enough to attend a vertical 1995-2008 and since then unashamed indulged in several 2010 & 2012 as well as the last 1996:s and various vintages. The 2013 is very longed for and descending the nose in the glass immediately puts a smile of relief and pleasure on my lips. Relief because this is a true-to-vintage masterpiece, sporting that emblematic dusty minerality I always yearn for in this kind of wine. Though recently released, the 2013 opens more eagerly than the 2012 sibling and is already flexing the butter smeared, fleshy fruit loins. Vanilla sprinkled juicy apples, ananas & sticky cape gooseberry. Then delicious, perfectly ripe mango, served in oyster shells. The developed glass gives a preview of what´s to come for this one within just a few years: Dark chocolate, liquored cherries, cacao (this is the oak speaking), preserved fruits, white flowers, & leather. Outstanding! The mouth is divine as well! Dangerously drinkable already, lush & juicy with abundant minerality & stunning, salivating acidity. Quite complex, with great intensity and impressive length. This wine will perform perfectly for decades but is enjoyable today as well. Accessible and in every aspect – stunning! Tasting FEB20 - Vintage 2010: Very charming release, slightly lighter, not as much body as e.g. 2008, currently of course still too young, ultra-beautiful, nutty finish, extremely long, acidity well integrated. Tasting FEB19 - Vintage 2010: Currently still young, rather less acid, flowery, extremely long finish, creamy, round, balance Tasting FEB19 - Vintage 2007: Isabelle Diebolt: "Fleur 07 is like a black Chanel dress, reduced elegance" We could fully subscribe to this.
