Taster Pack Laborde
At this year's Printemps des Champagnes, we discovered Delphine Laborde and her wines and were immediately impressed. We are therefore particularly happy to welcome Champagne Laborde to our portfolio as a new addition. Based in Nogent l'Abbesse on the Mont de Berru, this young estate follows a precise and purist approach, with a clear focus on expressing the character of its Chardonnay terroir. The Champagnes are wonderfully vibrant, elegant and mineral, while still offering plenty of depth and personality. And perhaps best of all: considering the quality, the wines are remarkably accessible and fairly priced. This package allows you to discover the distinctive style of Laborde through four different cuvées. From the approachable Terre d'Abbaye, through the expressive Rosé and Tandem, to the more complex Perpétuelle, the selection showcases the breadth of the estate. One of our discoveries of the year and a producer we are particularly excited to share with you. Includes: Laborde Terre d'Abbaye Laborde Rosé Laborde Tandem Laborde Perpétuelle 4 bottles including our tasting discount. Enjoy discovering! Your ChaCha Team

New Discoveries – 4-Bottle Tasting Pack Labruyère & Limar
Sometimes it's the newest discoveries that leave the strongest impression. With Alexis Limar and the two new Premier Cru single-vineyard Champagnes from Champagne Labruyère, we are delighted to introduce four wines that perfectly illustrate the exciting direction the new generation of Champagne is taking.Alexis Limar only took over his grandfather's small family estate in 2023, yet he has already developed a remarkably distinctive style. Across just three hectares of vineyards, he crafts Champagnes defined by precision, freshness and character. In the cellar, he relies on spontaneous fermentation, ageing exclusively in small Burgundy barrels, and avoids both fining and filtration. The result is a range of authentic, terroir-driven Champagnes with a strong sense of individuality.Labruyère, too, places terroir at the heart of its philosophy. With the new Premier Cru vineyards Rilly-la-Montagne and Ludes, the house expands its collection with two uncompromising single-vineyard Champagnes, both produced without dosage and expressing nothing but the character of their respective sites. Rilly-la-Montagne, a pure Pinot Noir, offers an open, juicy and remarkably precise expression of its terroir, while Ludes, a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier, impresses with its powerful structure and remarkable depth. Both wines are entirely barrel-aged and beautifully demonstrate how two neighbouring Premier Cru vineyards can produce such distinctive expressions. The pack includes:Alexis Limar Nos Terres Amoureuses Brut NatureAlexis Limar Les Pieds dans la Terre 2020Labruyère 1er Cru – Rilly-la-MontagneLabruyère 1er Cru – LudesIncluding detailed producer information cards.4 bottles including tasting discount.Enjoy discovering!Your ChaCha Team

Balanced aromatics, rich in nuances, very complex spice, ripe fruits, delicately prancing acidity. Moritz FEB24: Tasting sample has been open for 4 days: Smoky, spicy, dense, dark fruit. On the palate, gripping without losing elegance. Round and polished. So complex that not everything can be put into words. Despite the vintage, a splendid champagne with an extremely long finish. Created from the best grapes in only the best years: 2004 - 30%, 2002- 21%, 2000 - 18%, 1999 13%, 1998 - 9%, 1996 - 6%, 1995 - 2% Average age of the vines: 33 years Vinification: 100% used barrel, no malolactic fermentation Terroir: Les secs, les blans de beurys, les goisses, les noirs de genettes, les vaux saint basle, les fournettes, le noyer saints pys, les morrins, Les Agusons, les grandes ruelles, Les Crayeres. Significant influence from Krug Grande Cuvée, a masterpiece of nuanced, subtlety and complexity. Balanced with the highest level of elegance, and not a trace of overcompensation from strength. A complexity requiring both time and attention. 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, Dosage 4g Nicola FEB24: Balance and profound harmony and complexity at its best. Vibrating sensuality, ultra long-lasting. Insane nutty resonance. Moritz FEB24: The Grands Vintages cuvée is very calm and profound. A fine smokiness, light brioche notes, and zesty aromas stand balanced in the glass. The acidity is gripping yet gentle (if that makes sense). The perlage dances over the tongue, and flavors of clementine and salt lemon provide that certain grip. The finish? Ultra-long. The hairs on your arms stand up with each sip. A champagne with a goosebump factor. Labruyère Prologue JEROBOAM Extra-Brut
75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay From the plots Les Potences, Les Longues Raies, Les Rochelles, Champs Saint Martin in Verzenay 24% reserve wines 3% aged in wooden barrels at Domaine Jacques Prieur in Burgundy Five years of bottle aging Dosage: 1,6 g/l Nicola JUN22: Nicely spicy, complex aromas of dried fruit, toasted aromas, coherent character, very harmonious and elegant, Long lasting nutty finish. Winery: The powerful structure of Pinot Noir is enlivened by the tension of Chardonnay. Moritz OCT22: The Cuvée Prologue is the entry point of the Domaine Labruyere. Getting started is an absolute understatement. As soon as you smell it for the first time, your eyebrows will be raised. Such complexity is not expected from the "base" cuvée of a domaine. It is immediately clear that the champagne Prologue is incredibly fresh and playful. Some cooked rhubarb and red apple are balanced beautifully with a slight herbaceous note. The first sip surprises as the wine is incredibly precise yet super juicy. The nose is reflected magnificently on the palate. The Prologue is deep, superbly balanced, and despite its complexity, accessible and charming. Aperitif character at a high level.

Champagne Labruyère – The Collection (6 bottles)
This tasting pack showcases the complete range of Champagne Labruyère – from the two newly released Premier Cru single-vineyard Champagnes to the estate's flagship wine: Edition XIII 2013.The Labruyère family, who also own the renowned Domaine Jacques Prieur in Burgundy, deliberately chose Verzenay, one of the most prestigious Grand Cru villages of the Montagne de Reims, as the home of their Champagne estate. Across just 6.6 hectares of vineyards, they craft terroir-driven Champagnes that combine precision, elegance and remarkable ageing potential. Every vineyard parcel is vinified separately, with the wines matured in stainless steel, demi-muids or oak barrels before spending at least three to five years on the lees. With Rilly-la-Montagne and Ludes, Labruyère introduces two more approachable Premier Cru cuvées that provide the perfect entry point into the estate's distinctive style. The undisputed highlight of the collection, however, is Edition XIII 2013 – a Grand Cru vintage Champagne that spent almost ten years ageing on its lees, beautifully demonstrating the depth, complexity and longevity that the terroir of Verzenay is capable of producing. The pack includes:PrologueApogéeParadoxe1er Cru – Rilly-la-Montagne1er Cru – LudesEdition XIII 2013Including detailed producer information cards.6 bottles including tasting discount.Enjoy discovering!Your ChaCha Team
