90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay Dosage: 0g/l Age of the vines: approx. 35 years Fermentation takes place spontaneously in wooden barrels with subsequent malolactic fermentation. The base wines then remain in the wooden barrels on the fine lees for 9 months. For the second fermentation, the wines are bottled without any filtration and without being refined. 1-2 years bottle aging
