Firm, youthful, tart-juicy fruit, yeasty and delicate floral nuances, very fine mousse, some bite, sustained and polished on the palate, has depth and very fine, complex spice, hints of fresh butter in the background, a hint of citrus zest, nutty hints , chalky minerality, firm, cool, quite juicy finish with nutty tones, a hint of tobacco and very fine spice.
