80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir Dosage: 0g/l Vinified in oak Mineral, spicy, full bodied, full of ripe fruit but still elegant. Very special, complex and very rare! Only few bottles available! This extremely rare cuvée comes from a single parcel and was vinified entirely in barrique. Elegant, mineral, spicy and juicy. Ripe citrus and orange peel, overlaid with fine biscuity notes, finesse and complex, very fine bubbles. A purist exceptional champagne that makes a lot of pressure, but above all shows great elegance and a very long mineral finish. Promises several years of storage potential!Nicola OCT24: So profound, but with such great finesse, delicacy and elegance. Actually quite unusual for his champagnes. Toasty flavours, dried fruit, honey notes. So elegant!Tilman OCT24: Tension between oxidation and reduction, roasted and fruity at the back, roasted almond, salty, good body, but concise acidity that rejuvenates everything, elegant, complex, but not bulky, depth, enormous length!Fabio OCT24: Oxidation on the nose, apple peel backed with freshness, ripe but elegant on the palate, extremely fine perlage, super complex, acidity very well integrated, finish very balanced and well-balanced.

Balanced aromatics, rich in nuances, very complex spice, ripe fruits, delicately prancing acidity. Moritz FEB24: Tasting sample has been open for 4 days: Smoky, spicy, dense, dark fruit. On the palate, gripping without losing elegance. Round and polished. So complex that not everything can be put into words. Despite the vintage, a splendid champagne with an extremely long finish. Air does it good. The champagne stood perfectly in the tasting.

Still Wine - not Champagne"No Title Required - After Robert Ryman"100% ChardonnaySingle Plot Les Douaires in Mont de BonneilVinified in Barrique800 bottles producedJérôme Lefèvre: As my first Chardonnay Coteaux was an experiment (Sans Titre #1 was Chardonnay grown in a rhum barrel), this one is more classic in a burgundy way. The name is a reference to artist Robert Ryman which I love. The wine is kind of close to his painting: minimal and complex at the same time.

100% Pinot Meunier Dosage: 0g/l Single Vineyard To the west and slightly above Cumières sits 'Les Hautes-Chèvres', where Laval cultivates Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The darker, more fertile soil of this vineyard contains more clay than that in Les Chênes and the chalk cliffs stretch even deeper. In 2004 Laval produced a pure Pinot Meunier champagne here from this site, and he has continued ever since.

50% Chardonnay25% Pinot Noir 25% Meunier Dosage: 0g/l Since 2006, Marguet has been working with Hervé Jestin, the former chef de cave of Duval-Leroy who is now a consultant to many wine estates around Europe. Marguet has gradually integrated Jestin’s homeopathic and biodynamic practices into his own winemaking, and the two of them have collaborated to create a special, naturally grown champagne that encapsulates and expresses Jestin’s philosophies. The first vintage of this super-cuvée was 2006, released in 2013, and the production was divided: half of it was sold under the Jestin label, with the other half under the label Sapience, which Marguet has indicated is a separate brand from the Marguet label.
