Nicola Oct25 - Basis 2021: Generous, herbaceous opening, vinous, with honey notes, fresh finish. Sometimes the Pinot Noir shines brighter, sometimes the Meunier; it seems to depend a bit on the day. 2021 is also a very cool style; later releases will be even more generous.
Nicola OCT25 (Degu MAI25): Juicy berries, delicate Meunier herbiness, along with tropical fruits that make the whole experience incredibly pleasurable to drink. Volume and balance with structure and tension, an exciting, juicy drinking pleasure!
