Nicola FEB24: Aromatic, creamy, full-bodied with a straightforward finish, has a slightly matured aspect due to the oxidative style.
Moritz FEB24: More mature than the last releases: Wonderful aromas of hayflower, white almond, and fresh garden herbs. Despite the light, well-integrated oxidative notes, it comes across quite fresh and straightforward, creating a wonderful symbiosis between nose and palate.
Nicola JUN22: Very nicely developed, great body, complex, cleanly polished + accessible, great drinkability. Becomes richer and more opulent when open and even more drinkable with time! With a beautiful silky honey note and a nutty, brioche-like finish.
