Spontaneous fermentation in used wooden barrels, followed by ageing in wood for 2 years (barriques and 600-litre barrels)

Minimally sulphured
Unfined and unfiltered
Lukas FEB23: On the nose, light flinty notes initially, followed by yellow fruit, camomile tea, hay flowers, herbs and a hint of quince. On the palate, lemon, quince, blood orange and hints of pear, underpinned by lovely acidity and subtle woody spice.
