Every now and then, you meet a grower at the Printemps des Champagnes where it's immediately clear from the very first glass: this has a bright future. That's exactly how we felt when we discovered Alexis Limar. Having taken over his grandfather's small family estate in 2023, Alexis has been shaping its identity with remarkable determination. Across just three hectares of vineyards, he produces wines of precision, freshness and quiet elegance. In the cellar, he works with spontaneous fermentation, without fining or filtration, and since 2023 all fermentations and ageing take place exclusively in small Burgundy barrels.
This strictly limited collection brings together not only his two current Champagnes, but also offers the rare opportunity to discover one of his still wines. We were able to secure just six bottles of Le Haut des Chapelleries, and each of them is included in one of these six exclusive packs.
Nos Terres Amoureuses Brut Nature
100% Meunier, beautifully linear, herbal and mineral. Its silky mousse, delicate fruit and zero dosage make it an elegant and refined Blanc de Noirs.
Les Pieds dans la Terre 2020
A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. Wonderfully balanced, with stony minerality, vibrant freshness and a calm, almost Burgundian elegance.
Le Haut des Chapelleries (Still Wine)
A rare glimpse into Alexis Limar's craftsmanship beyond Champagne. Pure, precise and deeply rooted in its terroir, this still wine beautifully demonstrates the quality of the fruit that forms the foundation of his Champagnes.
