Winemaker Rudi Rabl – he created the Zweigelt grapes, winemaker Barbara Öhlzelt – she provided the know-how and restaurateur Karl Schwillinksy – he developed the recipe. Kamptal Verjus Spritz is a non-alcoholic and regional aperitif based on Zweigelt Verjus, which has been refined with Waldviertel herbal syrup, spring water and carbon dioxide.
