The so called child of the mountain is a blend of the several crus from the Montagne de Reims.
Tilman FEB24 (Base 2022): Lean and fresh at first, reminiscent of ripe citrus fruits, the complex finish has a nutty spice. Vibrant and exciting.
Moritz FEB24 (Base 2022): The slightly darker color already indicates maturity. Light spice, but fresh, zesty, and slightly yellow-fruited. On the palate, it's very dense and powerful. The perlage is very straightforward. The taste very much reflects the nose. The finish is very long, and a slight marzipan aftertaste remains. A very strong release!
Nicola FEB24 (Base 2022): An extremely strong release, complex, spicy, with roast notes, body, herbal, exciting.
Nicola & Moritz FEB24 (Base 2019): Leaner, more floral, more playful than the 22 Base, balanced, acidity well integrated.
