Since 2019, this parcel is always vinified in two ways.
The generosity of the terroir of Le Bruyant consists of deep brown clay, resulting in a particular expression of Pinot Noir.
The parcel is located directly across from Mouille-Brant, af the other side of the river on a lower slope facing north. This makes the wines particularly fresh, restrained and delicate.
The vineyard Mouille-Brant, facing south, is more for exuberance and aromatic explosion.
