The harmony of flavors." Nicola FEB24: A really great balance with lovely austere fruit, taut, grip, gritty yet still juicy with a nice flow. Moritz FEB24: The nose shows a relatively tart red fruitiness, predominantly wild strawberry and rosehip. The mouthfeel is very juicy but gains a lot of tension from the tight acidity. Here too, the fruit is again on the tart side, which makes it a very serious rosé. The taste lingers forever in the finish. A really great drinking flow! Lukas FEB23: On the nose raspberry, strawberry and some peach. In the mouth raspberry and currant, backed by a very nice acidity and light notes of yeast and wood. Very nice drinking flow with good freshness, makes a very good food companion. Tasting JUL21: extremely juicy, light tannins, rosé character yet fresh Tasting FEB20: Basis 2017 - Soft and very harmonious, different components all perfectly integrated, despite beautiful fruit you don't think of fruit, fruit etc.

Despite the light, well-integrated oxidative notes, it comes across quite fresh and straightforward, creating a wonderful symbiosis between nose and palate.Nicola JUN22: Very nicely developed, great body, complex, cleanly polished + accessible, great drinkability. Becomes richer and more opulent when open and even more drinkable with time! With a beautiful silky honey note and a nutty, brioche-like finish.

Great elegant fruit, compact body, slim, yet not austere at all, bottle empty in 5 minutes :)Nicola FEB24 - 2018: Elegant and harmonious, a perfect blend of generosity and the typical taut minerality of the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs. Very long and creamy finish, subtle hints of brioche and honey.Tasting FEB20 - 2012: More body, density and pressure than 2011, great aromas at the back, almonds, great storage potential, the slightly higher acidity in 2012 is very well integrated through the body, very complete, strong!Tasting FEB20 - 2011: Lighter year, white flowers, creaminess, floral, charming, elegant, extremely long, minerality melts in the finish, perfect for lighter dishes.Tasting FEB19 - 2011: Still a bit young, currently a lot of structure and more mineral, just came onto the market.Tasting FEB18 - 2010: Very accessible year, good year at the Coes des Blancs, now more open than 2008 (was tasted in parallel), coffee, creamy, ripe yellow fruits.

Andreas SEP23: So much champagne for comparatively little money! And then you can buy it with a clear organic conscience because it comes from "good" agriculture from a biodynamic producer from the Marne. Juicy, for André with 4 grams almost highly dosed and yet super balanced, fine wholemeal toast, quince bread, fine wood spice, good pressure and great length, enormously drinkable. With his Millésime 2014, "Mr. Meunier" Heucq demonstrates perfectly what wonderful champagnes can be made with experience and healthy grapes, even in years that are not so easy. Moritz AUG22: A wonderfull aged Champagne with super fine perlage. Right after opening you'll find aromatics that remind of morning dew in the woods. With some time and airation armoas of caramelized red apples and delicate brioche notes develope. This complex Champagne developes, with some time and air, to a diverse pleasurable experience. Well suited as food companion for dishes with roasting flavours.

Very subtle aromas of blood orange, tropical citrus fruits and a very fine herbal note waft gently towards you. On the palate, it is more herbal/spicy than on the nose, with the fruit taking a back seat. The gripping acidity brings enormous tension.

Wonderfully developed, delicious! Extremely harmonious, straight to the point - has retained the delicacy of the Pinot Blanc, still straightforward, elegant, cool, since no sugar, then a wonderful generous mixture of honey, nuts, brioche, cream, chocolate unfolds towards the back , Coffee that blends very gently and inconspicuously into the overall picture. Great development! Rating from Customer: More yellow fruited than I would expect, fresh, linear and inviting to another sip. More interesting than 98% of what I have tasted from this grape. The bottles was empty halfway through our dinner (I would have liked to see it develop over many hours, and luckily I have another) - (93+p)

Causica smells invitingly of sponge cake and peach cream, with an exciting smoky undertone. Nicola OCT24: Super independent character, cool fruit, almost mentholated, quiet vinosity, crisp apple, something floral, very nice, could go well with oysters.Tilman OCT24: Restrained but ripe fruit flavours, herbaceous, playful, initially powerful, becomes leaner at the back, with a great chalky finish. Fabio OCT24: Brighter fruit, elegant, crisp acidity, very fresh and powerful, minty, very good. Nicola FEB24: On the palate there is a lot of structure and a fine red berry flavor that lingers for a long time in the grippy finish.
