Moritz Feb24: The champagne is already very promising on the nose. An interplay of ethereal and herbal notes is underpinned by a slightly sweet pear fruit. Everything is very profound and well balanced. The palate reflects the aromas of the nose very well. The mousseax is juicy and the whole character of the wine is complex and sophisticated. The long finish with slightly bitter accents is the crowning glory. A great champagne that also develops beautifully with a little air.
