Nicola 2023: The taste is intense but not too experimental, an exciting character! Various citrus notes are present, but also something herbal, floral (often found in the so-called "forgotten grape varieties"), interesting different fruit aromas (rather light), nice brioche and minerality (saltiness). Dry and crisp, very low dosage. The mouthfeel also has something creamy, really an exciting mix. When we tasted it in April, our impression was that it is a harmonious, expressive and special composition. The price is also pleasing, which is still affordable for such an exciting creation!
