Becomes richer and more opulent when open and even more drinkable with time! With a beautiful silky honey note and a nutty, brioche-like finish.

Fruit turns into spice with air, very well structured, good use of wood, nice length, inviting but demanding, very good!Fabio OKT24: Compared to the other cuvées, somewhat wilder, yet restrained, super freshness on the palate, very light tannin, complex, vinous character, nice length.

The ageing in acacia wood gives it an exciting, slightly funky aroma, but wonderfully integrated. Very fine perlage!

Sometimes the Pinot Noir shines brighter, sometimes the Meunier; it seems to depend a bit on the day. 2021 is also a very cool style; later releases will be even more generous.Nicola OCT25 (Degu MAI25): Juicy berries, delicate Meunier herbiness, along with tropical fruits that make the whole experience incredibly pleasurable to drink. Volume and balance with structure and tension, an exciting, juicy drinking pleasure!

100% Meunier From Rilly-la-Montagne, Ludes, Trois Puits, Verzenay and MaillyDosage: 2,5g/lVinification: 9 months in Barrique (225l)Bottle ageing: 3 years aged under corkNicola Oct25 - Base 2021: very vinous, powerful nose, pronounced oak influence, juicy, pure Pinot Noir fruit, minimal tannins provide some grip, reductive style. 2021 is also very cool in style; later releases will be even more generous.Nicola OKT25 (Degu MAI25): Dark aromatic, earthy, bready, then the fruit appears: blackberry, blueberry. Strong with structure, quite complex, wood influence well integrated. The Meunier was more open at the same tasting date; this one will benefit even more from a bit of additional aging.

70% Pinot Noir from Verzy and Verzenay30% Chardonnay from Villers-Marmery Dosage: 4g/l 12 years of bottle ageing Team Tasting FEB26: Nose: Walnut, almond, generally nutty, caramel, pleasant maturity, bready. Palate: Harmonious, fine bubbles, vinous texture, bread crust, still retains plenty of freshness, long and clean finish. For all those who love maturity in Champagne.

33% Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir, 33% ChardonnayDosage 2.4g/lAged in wooden barrelsBottle ageing: 7 years100% reserve wines from a perpetual reserve (2005-2014), aged under natural cork (sous liége)Lukas FEB23: Very intense and complex on the nose, very spicy with light herbal notes. Very full-bodied on the palate, juicy apple and juicy red cherry, very nice, present acidity. Long finish, needs air and then shows its full potential.

60% Pinot Noir and Meunier, 40% Chardonnay Dosage: 0g/l Base year: 2015 89 months on the lees under natural cork Jacquesson: 60% of the harvest came from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon and 40% from Avize and Oiry. Winter and much of spring were wet and mild. This was followed by a period of drought and heatwaves which lasted until mid-August. Alternating periods of wet and cool conditions and hot, dry weather characterised the rest of the growing season. We harvested a perfectly ripe and healthy crop from 10th-30th September. Yields were modest, acidity levels adequate and the quality consistently high making this a truly splendid harvest. We can really feel the essence of Pinot in this blend which is made up of reserve wines from the cuvées N°742 to 735.
