Ripe, firm, tart and juicy fruit, yeasty, nutty and again slightly buttery aromas, very fine, lively mousseux, some yellow spice and tobacco, has grip, good substance, persistent, certain depth, has creaminess, relatively complex, very good, firm, juicy and delicately spicy finish.
