100% Chardonnay From two Grand Cru terroirs: Le Mesnil, Oger Blend of two consecutive vintages 10 months aging in wood without battonage Unfiltered 2-3 years bottle aging Dosage: 0g/l Malo: Yes Great introduction to the Côte des Blancs! The Chardonnay grapes come from two Grand Cru terroirs: Le Mesnil and Oger. An ideal combination, according to the winemaker Pierre Amillet, because Le Mesnil is very firm and acidic, a little softer Ogre. Tasting: Very fine character; light biscuit and delicate smokiness on the nose, lively and wonderfully fresh on the palate.

75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay From the plots Les Potences, Les Longues Raies, Les Rochelles, Champs Saint Martin in Verzenay 24% reserve wines 3% aged in wooden barrels at Domaine Jacques Prieur in Burgundy Five years of bottle aging Dosage: 1,6 g/l Nicola JUN22: Nicely spicy, complex aromas of dried fruit, toasted aromas, coherent character, very harmonious and elegant, Long lasting nutty finish. Winery: The powerful structure of Pinot Noir is enlivened by the tension of Chardonnay. Moritz OCT22: The Cuvée Prologue is the entry point of the Domaine Labruyere. Getting started is an absolute understatement. As soon as you smell it for the first time, your eyebrows will be raised. Such complexity is not expected from the "base" cuvée of a domaine. It is immediately clear that the champagne Prologue is incredibly fresh and playful. Some cooked rhubarb and red apple are balanced beautifully with a slight herbaceous note. The first sip surprises as the wine is incredibly precise yet super juicy. The nose is reflected magnificently on the palate. The Prologue is deep, superbly balanced, and despite its complexity, accessible and charming. Aperitif character at a high level.

100% ChardonnayDosage 3g/lFrom Avize (Grand Cru)Aged in stainless steel & wooden barrelsBottle ageing: 3 yearsUnfined and unfilteredNicola FEB24: Aromatic, creamy, full-bodied with a straightforward finish, has a slightly matured aspect due to the oxidative style.Moritz FEB24: More mature than the last releases: Wonderful aromas of hayflower, white almond, and fresh garden herbs. Despite the light, well-integrated oxidative notes, it comes across quite fresh and straightforward, creating a wonderful symbiosis between nose and palate.Nicola JUN22: Very nicely developed, great body, complex, cleanly polished + accessible, great drinkability. Becomes richer and more opulent when open and even more drinkable with time! With a beautiful silky honey note and a nutty, brioche-like finish.

100% ChardonnayDosage 2g/lFrom Cramant (Grand Cru)Aged in wooden barrels for 9 monthsBottle aging: At least 5 yearsOld vinesNicola FEB24: Minimal sherry notes, mature, with a finish of salted caramel.Moritz FEB24: Despite its beautiful maturity (slight oxidative notes), the Cuvée Constantin seems quite austere. There are aromas of wet stones, citrus fruits, but also white almonds and salted caramel. On the palate, the aromas from the nose seem a little more tart due to the acidity. The long finish leaves a beautifully chalky/mineral aftertaste, which gives the champagne even more grip and length.Nicola JUN22: Perhaps the chalkiest, most mineral of the range, but again with that beautiful ripe fruit note. Exciting, mildly spicy, complex tone. On the third day: racy, spicy notes, strong character with enormous drinkability.
