Emmanuel Brochet
A single small plot in the heart of the Montagne de Reims is Emmanuel Brochet's pride and joy. In 1997 he inherited the small vineyard from his grandparents and replanted small parts in 2003 and 2006.
He declared his desire for organic and biodynamic viticulture as early as 2002: no use of herbicides and insecticides. In 2008 he finally converted the entire vineyard and has been certified since 2011.
All champagnes are fermented in used barriques and matured in barrique barrels. No champagne is filtered or clarified.
Minerality, traction and grip are characteristics that can be found in each of his wines and which are supported by the consistently low dosage.
