The young winemaker produces just around 6000 bottles from his 3.5 hectares of vineyards in the cool sub-region west of Reims, known as the "Petite Montage".
Before starting his oenology studies in Avize, the economist gained life experience in England and Paris. When he met his future wife, he "finally asked himself the right questions" and returned to his roots, the family business, to start making champagne in 2015.
His focus is on sustainability, conscious and appreciative use of natural resources and the omission of synthetic, systemic agents in the vineyard and cellar.
The Meunier dominates the range of grape varieties, fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, aging takes place in wood and steel, filtration is excluded:
