Shipping

If your order reaches us by 12 p.m., it will be processed on the same day and usually leaves our warehouse on the same day (except on Fridays). Shipping usually takes one to two days within Germany and 2-4 days within Europe. Please let us know if it is particularly urgent!

If you do NOT want to create a customer account, please send us an email and we will create an order for you without a customer account.

Shipping costs for Germany and Austria:

UPS: €6.90 - from an order value of €200, shipping is free of charge.
DHL: €7.90 - from an order value of €200, shipping is free of charge.

Island surcharge: €9 - free shipping for orders over €500.
