Nicola FEB24: Super complex and balanced, a very strong release!
Moritz FEB24: Very fresh, elegant, and complex. Notes of mandarin & quince and a hint of spice give the Solessence a very pleasant tart freshness. The perlage is very fine and elegant.
Lukas FEB23 (base vintage 2020): In the nose red fruit, some yellow fruit, then in the background fine yeast notes. In the mouth fresh and juicy, very nice juicy apple notes, plus hints of raspberry, blackberry and some lemongrass. Very animating with great drinkability.
Tasting FEB20: Base 2017 - Rich, generous aromas despite the freshness and the low dosage (longer yeast storage compared to the past and perpetual reserve makes it so multi-layered), more balance than before, extremely versatile, winey, yet youthful, precise, balanced, floral, herbal, minerality stops, Silex in the ground, chalk flashes in the mouth, anything but an entry!
JM Seleque: "The Identity of our Winery. A wine of friends, for sharing. The expression of our style, pure and fresh, in all circumstances."

JM-Seleque: "The fruity flavor of the Meunier, the handsome of Pinot Noir, the freshness of
our Solessence blend. The harmony of flavors."
Nicola FEB24: A really great balance with lovely austere fruit, taut, grip, gritty yet still juicy with a nice flow.
Moritz FEB24: The nose shows a relatively tart red fruitiness, predominantly wild strawberry and rosehip. The mouthfeel is very juicy but gains a lot of tension from the tight acidity. Here too, the fruit is again on the tart side, which makes it a very serious rosé. The taste lingers forever in the finish. A really great drinking flow!
Lukas FEB23: On the nose raspberry, strawberry and some peach. In the mouth raspberry and currant, backed by a very nice acidity and light notes of yeast and wood. Very nice drinking flow with good freshness, makes a very good food companion.
Tasting JUL21: extremely juicy, light tannins, rosé character yet fresh
Tasting FEB20: Basis 2017 - Soft and very harmonious, different components all perfectly integrated, despite beautiful fruit you don't think of fruit, fruit etc.

Nicola FEB24: Wow, an outstanding release, taut with great maturity underneath, mineral, salty, slightly matured, superb.
Moritz FEB24: Very profound nose. A harmony of: mint, lemongrass, salted lemon, grassy (green-spicy) notes. The palate is very balanced, with a very tight, gripping acidity. In the endless finish, there's a very subtle smokiness, which gives the champagne even more character and tension. A very strong release!
Nicola FEB23: Generous release, full-bodied with racy freshness at the same time, slightly pleasant sweetness, really nice!
Lukas FEB23: On the nose ripe yellow fruit and yellow peach. In the mouth juicy and full-bodied, with apple, pear and peach notes. The acidity integrates very nicely and makes for great drinking joy.
Tasting FEB20: Basis 2016 - Very harmonious, complex big leap to the version last year, lots of structure and excitement!

JM-Seleque: "A fine-tuned symphony, the wine is in its natural balance. Ideal pairing with
seafood and savory dishes."
Nicola FEB24: Iodine, salty, strong body, somewhat regrettable has something chocolatey in the finish.
Moritz FEB24: On the nose, oyster shell, almost something maritime, as well as some mandarin like in the classic Solessence. It has more power than the "simple" Solessence, but is also somewhat lighter on its feet and fresher.
Lukas FEB23 (base vinatge 2017 - Prolongue): On the nose complex with hints of dried fruit. On the palate ripe apple and some pear and hints of currant and black elderberry. Very nice acidity that gives this champagne a very nice draught and very long finish.
Tasting FEB20 - Base 2014, 3 years longer ripening than Extra Brut, therefore extremely complex, long, very long reverberation: sings and vibrates, very nutty, almost creamy

JM Seleque: The Soliste range presents wines from our village of Pierry, from one plot, from a single varietal and vintage. We have chosen them for their identity, their quality and their specificity - the best representations of our terroir. You already know Soliste Meunier, Soliste Chardonnay, Infusion Meunier Rosé and this year we introduce Soliste Pinot Noir.
Soliste Pinot Noir comes from our "Les Gayères" property, located in the upper part of the west-facing central slope of Pierry. It was planted by my father in 1974 on cool Sparnacien clay soil, a distinctive soil of the region that contains freshwater quartz stones (formerly sought after in the production of millstones) and contributes to the distinctiveness of Pierry's wines. The Pinot Noir ripens late here and benefits from the setting sun to refine its aromas at the end of the harvest. This property also supplies the red wine for our Solessence Rosé Cuvée.
