ANDREAS DEZ22 (new label): clearly perceptible and very appetizing aroma of freshly planed oak, not toasty-coconut but creamy and fine, turmeric, mace flower, refreshing acidity to counterbalance the full-bodied structure, pleasantly unexcited perlage, as always quite distinctive and bold, tooler food companion.

Variant that expresses the Pinot Noir expression even more unvarnished due to the lack of dosage. Straightforward, gripping, powerful with strong, spicy notes due to the wood influence.
Grippier, more elegant and more puristic than the Recolte Noir with Dosage. A champagne for advanced lovers of demanding, firm wines.
Nicola OCT23: Smoky nose and great Burgundian style: well integrated wood, nutty complex reverberation. Strong!
Nicola FEB23: Great grip, draw, racy, ultra fine and precise wood finish, spicy, minimally herbaceous.
